 [转帖]提高锂电池使用寿命 |
使用USB同步充电线,屏幕会有闪烁现象，现在我来介绍一下我的试验情况：
在我数台电脑上使用，奇怪的是不同的电脑上闪烁情况不同，在我的IBM－THINKPAD
R40和办公式P4台式机上发生在锂电充满或接近充满时98％以上，而在我家中的老兼容机（还是AMD－K62，后自底板插针后加）96％以上便有闪烁；
国际标准标锂离子电池的充放电曲线为2.75~4.2V，以充电为例，在起始段2.75V很快会升至3.7V，自3.7V上升至4.2V,在该电压下维持较长的时间，达到4.2V进入终止段，进行恒压充电，充电电流逐渐减少。
因此锂电控制电路充电是严格以不超过4.2V为控制的，当充满时，控制电路以此电压控制并加涓流微充；
现在分析可以看出，在新的机器上，由于UBS版本为2.0，输出电压为5V，输出电流较大，满足A620机内充电控制和保护电路在充电状态时所需的外部电源和锂电的电压差以及电流强度，开始向锂电充电，锂电电压逐步上升，内外电压差下降，甚至当USB无法提供所需的电流时USB电压也会下降。
在内外电压差小于控制电路所需要的最小压差时，系统会切换内外电源，你就会看到PDA屏幕的闪烁。
而老机上USB为1.0，电源的容量有限，充电时电压偏低，因而出现闪烁在上述更低的电源百分比上。
为了弄清充电电压对充电的影响，我使用了一个可调的稳压电源，结果发现了一些有趣的现象：
1 电源电压自4.8V～5.0V，均可使A620充满至100％；（待续）
我把电压调至4.75V，有趣的是，自92％开始插入充电，一直充到98%,显示在充电，持续1个多小时，电源指示在98％停留不再增加，我想大概是内外压差已小于控制电路必需的电位差了，充电电路在工作，但已无电流注入锂电！
既然如此，我把电压加高至4.80V，过了大约6分钟，终于看到了99％，10多分钟后，显示100％。
